Counsellor
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for adults (18+) to explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma recovery, spiritual crises, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My aim is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and face life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially during transitions or in the face of stress, health concerns, or unresolved trauma. Counselling offers a supportive environment to process these experiences. Together, we explore patterns, emotional responses, and past influences to deepen self-understanding and foster healing.
With experience across community trusts, local agencies, and tertiary education, I currently practise at The Arahura Centre and work as a counsellor and educator in higher education. My approach is person-centred and respectful of your autonomy, drawing on psychodynamic insights and a spiritually sensitive lens to support meaningful growth.
